African Black Soap Review
I have EXTREMELY sensitive skin and have been looking for a facial soap that wouldn’t inflame or irritate my skin.
That’s when I discovered African Black Soap.
I’ve used this soap in the past, but only on my body and not my face.
After doing some research, I found out that African Black Soap is great for sensitive skin and that it can help clear up blemishes.
I decided to give it a try as a facial soap, and here’s how it turned out.
Overall, it was very decent on my face.
It didn’t inflame my skin any further, and I noticed that my prior breakouts started to diminish!
This was the only soap that I used while I was testing it out, and I used it twice a day.
Another problem with my skin is that I have some acne scars that were left behind from previous breakouts.
The African Black Soap didn’t seem to do much for those scars.
It helped with the existing acne, but it didn’t really help with fading those old scars.
There are many brands of African Black Soap on the market, but the one that I always get is from this particular eBay seller.
The smell of this particular brand is intoxicating, and it’s one of the few fragrances that smell good on both men and women without coming off as too masculine or feminine in my opinion.
I haven’t tried any of the ones that look more like mud or dirt.
Those are said to be in its raw state and could possibly have more benefits to the skin than the one that I’m reviewing, but I can’t say for certain.
The look of those ones is very off-putting to me, and that’s why I’ve never tried any of them.
The bottom line here is that African Black Soap can be a great choice pretty much for all skin types, including sensitive skin.
The only drawback that I had with it is that it didn’t help much with getting rid of previous acne scars.
That being said, if you’re looking for some good soap that also smells good, I definitely recommend this soap, and that’s especially true if you have sensitive skin!
